The most important aspect in my relationships with my clients is the ability to relate to their needs; To truly understand their desires and concerns and make them my priority. Purchasing a home can be very enjoyable, but like any large investment it also comes with a level of stress. I need to be constantly in tune with my clients to empathize with their position and help guide them through the purchasing process. Each individual has their own tastes and preferences, so my job is to educate my clients on making the best choices possible for their lives. If they love an odd shaped pink house that's fine with me, but I want to know the house is built right, the neighbourhood suits their needs, and they're aware of the possible difficulty of reselling such a house years later.
My end goal is to make sure each of my clients find a property they're happy with and it's a good financial investment long term. Patience, diligence and listening are key in finding the right home, market research and insight are the key to getting it at the right price.
